Core Responsibilities:

• Ability to sell consumer products mainly, all sort of credit cards and personal loan
• Managing sales matrix along with finding potential customers
• Co-ordinate with line manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily sales report

Qualification and other competencies:

• Graduate preferably in Business Studies/BBA/MBA/MBM or Economics
• 6 months experience in similar exposure will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Candidates with personal motorbike will be preferred
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target

Compensation & Benefits:

• Minimum gross salary BDT 12,000 (higher if have similar experience)
• Uncapped incentives/ commission plan based on performance.
