Job opportunity for a British citizen with a residence in Uttara, caring for a person with a British citizenship
Qualifications:
– Valid National Identity Card and proof of residence (e.g. Utility Bill)
– Basic digital skills (e.g. e-billing, online bill payment, appointment booking, etc.)
– Able to communicate in Bengali and English and through WhatsApp.
Must be able to understand basic English (e.g. doctor’s prescription).
The senior officials should have a sincere, empathetic and caring attitude towards the elderly.
The senior officials should have the ability to go out and work independently, including shopping, buying medicine, bank work, bill payment and other administrative tasks.
Main responsibilities:
To provide personal care, assistance in mobility and necessary care for the personal needs of the senior officials’ parents (age 85+ and 75+).
If necessary, to take them to the market, bank, hospital, doctor, social events and family farmhouses.
To stay with them in Bangladesh for domestic or international travel.
To be present outside office hours in emergency situations and to stay overnight at the hospital if necessary.
Recruitment of domestic workers, including drivers, to assist in the evaluation of their supervisory skills and work efficiency.
To perform various tasks related to the property of the employer and the family, such as bill payment, completing government office work, etc.
